Running shoes on, bike tires inflated and the helmet at hand. You have set your 5k race goal, or maybe you want to try a triathlon this season. Perhaps you just want to get your daily walk in. How do you keep track of it all?
I use the Fitbit Surge. Daily steps, distance, heart rate - it allows me to keep a record of my weekly progress. The Surge has a GPS. It creates a map of my outdoor exercise. The only problem is that it isn't water proof. I have to log my swims manually. Since the warranty was over after a year, it is time to look for other options.

Technology is adding another dimension to exercise. But most importantly get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine! And of course, come for a massage.
