About Catherine Rose, BA, RMT
Passionate about injury prevention and recovery she uses an evidence based approach to Massage Therapy treatment. This includes life long learning and keeping up with current therapies. She also can work in partnership with her clients' other therapists and doctors. She will suggests remedial exercises that are often inspired by yoga.
As a cancer survivor Catherine will encourage you to have a healthy lifestyle that includes massage therapy, regular exercise and a good diet. In fact she will be your number one cheerleader in all of your efforts to stay fit and to live a healthy life. Massage therapy is an important part of this journey.
Catherine's clients span a broad spectrum of age. Her treatments are tailored to their needs in a safe, healing and positive environment.
In the past she spent a dozen years providing massage therapy for the dancers at the National Ballet of Canada. She also worked with the National Sailing Team on two Olympic campaigns (2004 and 2008).
Catherine is an age group triathlete and has been to the Multisport World Championships in Lausanne (2019), and Hamburg (2023). In 2014 she qualified for the Fina Masters World Championships in Montreal.
It is always good to give back and to support the community.
in 2024, Catherine participated for the 10th time in the Ride to Conquer Cancer, helping her team raise over two million dollars in the fight against cancer.
She is the proud mother of a teenage girl.
